Our Policies
RETURNS
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any Swim Secure product purchase. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs). Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. Whilst we generally process refunds the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 14 days (or longer during busy periods) for your refund to be processed. How do I return an item? Please email us to let us know why you want to return the items and to inform us whether you want an exchange or refund. Please email as below your item(s) and your delivery note to:

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until it is received by us. As such, we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us. Exchanging an item Provided the item is in the condition described above it is possible to exchange it.
Simply return it to us (following the advice above), along with the delivery note and drop us a note with your preferred product. When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This ensures that the goods can be dispatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above, to return the original goods for a refund.
FAULTS
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you. Please see the first section above on returning goods within 30 days. If an item becomes faulty after a period of time (after 30 days and up to 365 days after purchase) then please contact us before returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion provided it is returned to us within 365 days from purchase date. In either of the above circumstances, please contact us on jmitchell@swimsecure.com or 0439098253 between 10:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday to arrange the return.
PRIVACY
When you buy products from us we need to know some basic information about you to fulfill your order. This includes (but may not be limited to) your name, address, e-mail, phone number and payment details. This information is provided by you during the checkout process and will be securely stored so that we can process your order. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We gather this information to allow us to process any orders you make and, if you have requested us to, to send you our newsletter. The relevant information is then used by us to provide you with statements of your account and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the goods ordered. We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop our website, our range of products and our services and we may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual. From time to time we may provide your information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve our goods or the services we provide. We or our agents and sub-contractors may contact you by post, e-mail or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our goods or services. We may also wish to provide you with information about special features of our website or any other service or products we think may be of interest to you. We will gain your consent to receiving this information in advance and you can easily remove yourself from future mailings by following the instructions on the bottom of the first mail you will receive. Except as otherwise stated in this policy we will never provide your information to any third party company, unless you have expressly permitted us to do so.
